Information we collect.
When you submit our contact form we collect the property address, your name, your email address, and, if you choose to provide it, your phone number, along with any timing or notes you share.
We also record technical information about the submission itself, including the date and time, the IP address it came from, your browser's user-agent string, the page the form was submitted from, and whether you checked the SMS consent box.
Calls, Texts, and Email Communications
SMS/Text Message Consent. To receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Spruce Homes, you must submit a form on our Site AND actively check the SMS consent checkbox on that form. Simply providing your phone number without checking the SMS consent box does not opt you in to text messages. SMS consent is obtained separately from any other communication consent.
Phone Call Consent. Separately, by providing your phone number through a form on our Site, during a phone call, or through other interactions, you consent to receive phone calls and voicemails from Spruce Homes and its agents (including calls made using automated dialing technology) regarding your property and our services. Call consent is separate from SMS consent.

How We Share Information
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
We may share your information in limited circumstances: - Service providers who help us operate our business (for example: CRM/lead management, email or texting providers, analytics providers). These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us. - Compliance and protection: when required by law, to enforce our policies, or to protect our rights, property, safety, or others. - Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
